Fat Belly Handyman Policy & Rates
Thank you for your interest in Fat
belly Handyman Service. We are pleased that you are considering
us when wishing to maintain or improve your property.
Hourly Rates & Fees:
Your project will be billed Time & Material (T&M) rounded up to the nearest quarter
hour, plus materials we provided to complete the work. You are
welcome to provide your own materials. Other charges where
appropriate may include; subcontractor fees, permits, trash
removal, and/or special equipment fees. Your bill will
be itemized accordingly and submitted upon completion of work.
Appointment Cancellation or
Rescheduling: Do to the expense incurred to
have a Fat Belly Handyman travel to your home we require a 24
hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling of your scheduled
appointment. If for any reason you are unable or no longer
desire to keep your scheduled appointment and the required 24
hour cancellation notice is not given the credit card number you
provided will be charged $75.00 to offset this expense. This is
a non-refundable fee and cannot be applied to any future
appointments.
Payment & Payment Methods:
Payment is due upon completion of your project by money
order (Visa or MasterCard).
Warranty: Our
work is warranted for 30 days from the date of completion.
